Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Cancellation can be done free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson. Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before will incur a $25 charge. Please reach out via phone or email to confirm cancellation. Re-schedule: You may reschedule your lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before the original session. Lessons rescheduled less than 24 hours before will incur a $10 charge. Please reach out via phone or email to confirm schedule change. All schedule changes are dependent upon tutor availability and can not be guaranteed. No-show: If you do not show up to your session without notice, you will be charged the full $75 fee.
